Bridal FAQ

Q: How soon in advance do I need to book my hair and makeup for my wedding day?

A: We encourage booking hair and makeup as soon as you have your date set. This will guarantee our availability to you. Our availability is on a first come first serve basis. Your inquiry of the date does not secure the date. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are needed to secure your wedding day services.

Q: Do I need to do a preview appointment before booking hair and makeup?

A: We schedule your preview appointment one to two months prior to your wedding date. This way we can get as close as possible to replicating your wedding day. You would need to secure your wedding date first before booking a preview appointment.

Q: What if I am not sure about the style I want for hair and makeup for my wedding day?

A: We recommend a preview appointment for all of our brides. The preview appointment gives you an idea of what you will look like on your wedding day. It is recommended that hair and makeup preview appointments be scheduled on the same day. You are encouraged to bring pictures for reference, however during your preview appointment, the artists will ask you a series of questions to better understand your preferences as well as make recommendations.

Q: When do I need to schedule my preview appointment?

A: We recommend scheduling your makeup and hair preview appointment together and closer to the wedding date, we typically schedule them one to two months before your wedding day. Please note, that all preview appointments are done in the studio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Q: What if I got one preview appointment and now I changed my mind about my whole look, what should I do?

A: We would be more than happy to schedule another preview appointment if our schedule permits and make any changes you would like. Please note, that all preview appointments are separately priced.

Q: I have a large bridal party, do I need to hire another artist?

A: We have a team of artists for hair and makeup and are able to accommodate such large parties.

Q: I am an out-of-town bride, do I need a preview appointment?

A: We recommend all brides schedule a preview appointment when possible. We can work with your schedule to accommodate. When that is not possible, we can schedule a FaceTime call to discuss your preferences and discuss your options and have a consultation virtually. Going into the wedding day prepared helps our brides and artists!
